• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to safety and quality control reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
